Our first time speaking with Kimberly over video chat from across the country, she told us everything there is to know about every part of the area so that we could get a feel for it, as well as start narrowing where we would want to live. We didn't know if we wanted to buy or build a new home, so we we came out she showed us several options for both buying and building all across the area we were interested in, as well as some other properties in other parts of Charleston just so we could get a taste of what we could get in different areas. It was clear immediately going through the first house that she had our interests first and foremost in her mind. She clearly was there to make sure we got the home of our dreams, rather than to just make a sale. She showed us all the good things and possibilities and potential with every house, but also the things we would need to be concerned about if we bought said house. We ended up doing a new build, and this is where her knowledge really showed it's force.
